Women are the backbone of society and they have always played a vital role in shaping our society. Keeping the same thought in mind, SUR runs two skill training centres in Dakrani and Dakpathhar, where we empower women.
With a group of 40 ladies, Sur has launched a
training centre in Dakpatthar, and Dakraani Dehradun India.
Under the leadership of Dr. Susanna Sircar, we have 40 ladies
from the vicinity who are under privileged and need a source of earning for
their livelihood.
Under the supervision of is running succeefully.
Mrs. Poonam and Mrs. Lalita Devi volunteers to see the smooth functioning of the program.
Classes are held 6 days week for 2 hours for two
months and one month internship. We inaugurated the centre on 11th
of July 2021.
